It's hard to believe that a little over four years ago when we found out 'it' was a girl, this man wondered what he'd ever do with a girl. She's definitely a 'girly-girl', but she LOVES to do anything outside...especially with her daddy!

I really did try to get a good picture, but what you see is
what you get. What can I say!? It's been a long day! =)

(Side Note: I realize she is wearing the same shirt as she was in the last
picture I posted, and I really don't like this shirt...but I'm learning to choose
my battles. Bedtime attire is not one I'm willing to fight these days:)

I intended to get a picture with my two babies in our Sunday

best this morning, but hustle and bustle got in the way. So

here we are, worn out Mama, wet headed girl, and sleepy

boy at the end of my first Mother's Day as a mommy of two.

I don't know why I was chosen for the job of being your Mama, but I am ever so thankful that God has loaned you to me. It is a privilege I don't take lightly. Most days are trial and error, and lots of mistakes have been (and will continue to be) made. One thing you can always count on is my love for you. I am so proud to be your mother!

Thank you for giving birth to and putting up with raising the love of

my life for 20+ years. Thanks for being a wonderful grandmother

and a pretty good monster-in-law mother-in-law to my babies and me. :)

Finishing With FAITH!

I got up dark and early on this beautiful Saturday morning and headed to Auburn to walk participate in a 5k in honor of the beautiful life of a sweet angel, Kara Hay. It was a lot of fun, and I have felt surprisingly energetic all day long! A few pictures from this morning...
