We started the day at a gender reveal party for

Jen & Steven. Can't wait to meet Baby Ella in April!

This afternoon my girl and I watched the most painful ending in

the history of football (in my 30 years anyway), as Auburn walked

 away with the win. Congrats to all my AU friends. And Roll Tide.

Thanksgiving 2013

We started Thanksgiving Day off at Roger and Pam's lake house, which we LOVE since the kids have an entire floor to themselves and we can actually participate in adult conversation. Then we went to Mama's to have Thanksgiving with my family. I didn't even take the camera out at either place. Last night I picked Wanda up in the freezing cold, we headed to pick Amy up, and shopped until we dropped. I rolled in bed around 4AM and woke up to find that this guy had returned!

Tonight we gathered with the McCollums, and for the first time in I don't know how long EVERYONE was there! Of course, this called for family pics. The first one is MawMaw and PawPaw with all of their great-grandchildren, and the second one is of them with all of their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Today was the fundraiser party for those who sold cookie dough. Emma and Cheyenne both got to participate in the pig race.

A Birthday, A Baby & Heritage Day

Friday night we celebrated Moms' 80th birthday! It just so happened that we had a shower planned for John and Carrie on Saturday, so the majority of our family was in town! Before the shower, we went to Heritage Day to shop and eat steak sandwiches. Today the family went back home, and the next time we gather we'll be swooning over a sweet baby boy! :)
