FACS Field Day 2013

I took today off to go to school with my baby for her Field Day! Mrs. MiMi was brave and opened her home to all of FACS Preschool. She and all of the teachers did a great job organizing it, and the kids had so much fun. I was a little sad to see this day come, because it signifies the ending of the school year...a school year that has been so much more than I even prayed it would be. Mrs. Lolli is truly a Godsend. My children have been so blessed with great people to care for and teach them while I work. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After all the fun, we stopped at "The Cupcake Store"

for a little treat. I love mommy/daughter days! :)

Kids' Crusade

Mark Smith and the youth from First Assembly came to BBC for the Kids' Crusade. They were fabulous, as usual, and provided my kiddos with a great night of entertainment (and, of course, lessons about God). I was a little nervous about Luke sitting still for an hour, but he did GREAT! 

 

 

Another Week, Another Ballgame (or two), and Friends

Our weeks mostly consist of dance and ball (and of course all that other fun stuff like work, laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc.). This week was no different...although we did have a surprise visitor before our game tonight! These three kiddos love playing together (or Luke and Blair love playing, and E loves being the ring leader;). 

 

 

 

 

 

After being down 7-1 our kiddos came back with a 16-11 win!

Sunday Funday

We started off the day at BBC...

 

And ended it by having supper with friends:)

It won't be long...

...before we are spending our afternoons and weekends watching these boys play ball!!

 

Another t-ball victory, and more importantly,

another chance to give HIM praise!

Wordless Wednesday

The Boy

I had to go Mrs. Shauna's this afternoon to look at pictures. We had some time to kill before our appointment, so the boy and I headed to the park. I love my babies and adore watching them play together and interact, but it's nice to get a little alone time with each of them too. Luke was on top of the world...he ran, played, and did exactly what HE wanted to do without having sis there to talk him into doing what SHE wanted to do;). 

 

 And you better believe that I love the sight of that little hand 

 hanging out the window in the wind as we ride down the road:).

Monday Night T-Ball

Spring Saturday

We started off the day with a t-ball game. Nobody likes to lose, but hopefully we learned a thing or two and will play better next week.

E went to the lake with Nana and Papa after the

game and had a blast fishing with Grandpa Gene!

 

 

 

 We are ready for summer:)!

I helped out with Children's Church this morning...

 

And in case I haven't mentioned it before I just love these two...

 

It has been such a beautiful day that we

decided to forgo naps (most of us anyway;)...
