Running

Call me crazy, but I have decided that "in my next thirty years" I will take up running. Really, call me crazy. Because I feel crazy. But every time I finish that Couch to 5k workout I feel accomplished...and healthier. And today my babies went along with me. And every time I would run on their side of the playground I heard the sweetest voices yelling, "Go Mommy!" And I made it through the workout that yesterday I was considering backing out of. Who knows how far I will get, but I'm pretty proud of myself too! And afterwards these sweet peas decided to go for a run and "ess-er-size like mama". :)
