Traditionally Emma and I spend Christmas Eve Day at my Mama's baking and getting ready for Santa. This year was a little different since we had just driven in from Texas. We got home around 8AM, and Luke went to MawMaw's so that we could get some rest. Emma and I had been sick, so I spent the morning trying to find a doctor's office open...no luck. However, we are blessed with a wonderful Aunt Jana who came to our rescue. She got us fixed up, and when Justin woke up he took Emma to his parents' house to take a nap and let me rest. That evening we all went to his parents' house to celebrate Christmas.
MawMaw bought the kids a seesaw...it was a hit!

When we got home Emma put
out cookies and milk for Santa!
...and then we had a little photo shoot!
Then we said our prayers and drifted off to sleep...
in hopes that St. Nick soon would be there!!
