Emma - we love you more than you will ever know! You were our first baby...the one who taught us what love really is! We are so glad that God chose us to be your parents!

After each child hit the pinata numerous times...and the big boys really hit it HARD...we could tell this was not going to be an easy task. Justin took his turn...no luck! He finally used his knife to get it started. The kids hit it again...no luck. Justin gave it one more shot and finally broke it! *Note to self: next time you want to have a pinata for a kid party buy a bat! :)
The Cake...and in case you're wondering, it tastes as good as it looks!
Blowing Out Candles
Ella Kate & Emma
This girl is worn out!
A big THANK YOU to everybody who came to help
us celebrate the life of our precious little girl! :)
Getting a baby brother close to your birthday may not sound all that appealing, but this girl racked up because of it! She had her big party on the 4th. Then on the 17th she had a cupcake party at Mrs. Elizabeth's. On her actual birthday, September 18, we took her to her favorite restaurant..."Mexico"...where she ate chips and cheese and enjoyed the company of family! Of course we had to blow out candles again, so this time she had a chocolate chip cookie from Great American Cookies.

E is ready to open up a present from
Mommy & Daddy on her real birthday!
Of course...I had to bribe her to take a few good pics. "If you let Mommy
take your picture you can open up your present!" Is that terrible? :)

Finally...now I can dig into the package!
When I got out all the baby stuff in preparation for Luke's arrival
Miss Emma decided her baby dolls needed a swing of their own.
